摘要
我院神经康复科康复评定会由主任医师、患者家属、相关治疗师及护士参与探讨康复治疗计划，家属与医护人员就治疗与护理及时沟通，有效减少医患矛盾，促进患者康复。
The rehabilitation evaluation conference in neurology rehabilitation department of our hospital consists of archiaters, family members of patients’, related therapists and nurses, they participate in rehabilitation plan discussing, family members and medical care personnel timely commu-nicate about the treatment and nursing care, which can effectively reduce the doctor-patient contradiction and promote the rehabilitation of patients’.
