中药熏蒸法对社区中老年阳虚体质者的影响

Effect of Chinese Herb Fumigation on Yang Deficiency Constitution Elder of the Community

目的：观察中药熏蒸法对华阳社区中老年阳虚体质者的影响。方法：120例中老年阳虚体质者随机分为观察组及对照组各60例，观察组采取中药熏蒸加健康指导，对照组采用健康指导，5个月后参照sF．36量表及《长宁区社区居民健康辨识表》评定两组效果。结果：观察组总有效率为78．17％，显著高于对照组30．35％（P〈0．05）：观察组生理职能、躯体疼痛和总体健康评分显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中药熏蒸法能促进社区阳虚中老年人体质改善，适合临床推广。

Objective： To observe the effect of Chinese medicine fumigation on Yang deficiency constitution elder of Huayang community. Methods： 120 cases of Yang deficiency constitution elder were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group, observation group with herbal fumigation as well as health guidance, control group with health guidance, according to SF-36 scale and the Changning District community health assessment table the effect of two groups was evaluated after 5 months. Results： The total effective rate of observation group was 78.17%, significantly higher than that of control group by 30.35% （P〈0.05）; physiological function, body pain and general health score of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine fumigation can improve the Yang deficiency constitution of the elderly in the community, being suitable for clinical application.
