摘要对外直接投资（Otward Direct Investment,ODI）是中国参与世界经济一体化进程重要途径,也是保证中国经济可持续发展的主要动力之一。2004年后中国企业对外直接投资（Otward Direct Investment,ODI）迅猛发展,推动了中国经济与世界经济一体化的进程,为中国企业在世界范围内进行资源优化配置打下基础。
