摘要
本文用不同改性剂对硅灰石矿物纤维进行表面改性处理增强其与树脂的亲和力,按照不同比例填充PP树脂得到复合材料。通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒、注塑打样、测试等研究改性硅灰石对聚丙烯材料力学性能的影响。同时,对硅灰石填充改性时引起力学性能变化的各种因素进行客观分析。
In this paper, the surface modification treatment of wollastonite mineral fiber using different modifiers can enhance its 'affinity with the resin, and a composite material can be obtained by the modified wollastonite filled PP in different proportions. The effect on the mechanieal properties of polypropylene material is studied through a twin - screw extruder granulation, injection proofing and test- ing and so on. Meanwhile, a variety of factors that cause changes in the mechanical properties when filled with modified wollastonite are analysed objectivcly.
