Characteristics of Chinese Transition and Its Influence on Organized S&T Activities

本文对我国转型期的阶段及特点进行了分析,讨论了我国转型期的双重性、多元化、非均衡性、政府主导性等特征;并探讨了转型期对我国有组织科技活动的影响,以及有组织科技活动自身的转型问题。

The Characteristics and phases of Chinese transition are analyzed in this paper,dualism, pluralism, heterogeneity and dominance by government are the main character activities of Chinese transition. Influences on organized S&T activities by transition are discussed, and the transition of organized S&T activities are also debated.
