摘要
以成都地铁4号线一期工程盾构衬砌管片混凝土为研究背景,其管片C50和P12高性能混凝土应具有低水胶比、高减水率、早强、高耐久性等特点,同时还要满足抗压强度、抗渗要求。管片混凝土原材料的选择,特别是机制砂代替河砂的使用,配合比的优化,采用机制砂配制C50和P12高性能混凝土的效果较好,为机制砂在地铁盾构衬砌管片制作中应用提供了参考实例。
This paper took the shield lining segment concrete in the project of Chengdu Metro Line 4( Phase I) as the study background, wherein the C50 and P12 high-performance concrete has the characteristics of low water-binder ratio,high water-reducing rate,early strength and high durability,at the same time, it meets the requirements of compressive strength and permeability resistance. The good performance of the concrete came from the selection of raw materials,especially the replacement of river sand by manufactured sand,and the optimization of mix proportion,which provides a reference example for the application of manufactured sand in preparation of subway shield lining segment.
