进展期胃肠间质瘤综合治疗研究进展
摘要
随着对胃肠间质瘤认识的提高,诊断为GIST的患者比例逐年升高。因为GIST患者手术后易复发,因此,对于中高危间质瘤患者术后给予靶向药物治疗是必要的。本文重点介绍了间质瘤的术后靶向治疗方案及综合治疗方案。对于进展期间质瘤患者,伊马替尼为公认的一线靶向药物,其次为索坦及其他新型靶向药物。手术治疗联合TKI抑制剂治疗为主的综合治疗可能为更多的GIST患者带来福音。
