摘要
目的掌握青年教师的教学能力,找出在培养过程中存在的问题,为完善培养方案与机制提供依据。方法对黔南民族医学高等专科学校从2010年来分配到系部四个教研室的16位教师进行"四过关"能力培养。结果 "四过关"考核,即教学课程理论考核平均成绩为(91.6±3.0)分;课程技能操作考核成绩为(90.7±5.6)分;教案书写检查考核成绩为(87.7±3.3)分;讲课考核成绩为(85.7±4.7)分,"四过关"考核模块均达到《培养方案》提出的合格标准。13位指导老师一致认为"四过关"考核非常有必要,对专业建设、学科建设、课程体系建设非常重要,应作为系部的长效机制,在校内进行推广。16位青年老师中80%以上的认为"四过关"考核非常有必要,对专业建设、学科建设和课程建设非常重要,应作为系部的长效机制,能增强学风、教风和职业道德教育,能反映个人能力和水平存在的问题等。结论将青年教师教学能力培养作为长效机制,形成制度;规范各门学科的技能操作流程,继续发挥指导教师的指导作用,同时加强青年教师的专业和基础理论学习,突显教师授课个性能力培养。
Objective Master the teaching ability of young teachers and identify the problems in the training process to provide the basis for improving the training program and mechanism.Methods“Four pass” capacity building for 16 teachers who was assigned to the Department of the Ministry from 2010.Results“Four pass examination” that are tutorials theoretical examination, skills operation,lesson plans’writing and lecture ability examination,the average score were (91.6±3.0), (90.7±5.6), (87.7±3.3) and (85.7±4.7). All the blocks meet the eligibility criteria of the training programs. 13 instructors both agreed that“Four pass examination” was necessary and it’s important for professional development, subject and curriculum system construction, and it should be a long-term mechanism andpromoted in schools. Above 80% of the 16 young teachers were agreed with the above views,and thought that it can enhance study style, school ethos and ethics education also can reflect the individual ability and level problems.Conclusion We are going to make it a long-term mechanism and system for the youth teachers’teaching ability. We will standard the skills operational processes for each discipline and continue to play the directive function of the instructors,at the same time enhance professional and theories learning of the youth teachers,highlight the personality ability as also.
