法制是生态文明建设的重要保障,完善生态立法是生态环境保护最主要、最有效的手段。该文在梳理南京生态环境保护立法现状的基础上,深入剖析了南京环境立法存在的问题,并结合实际,从生态文明的视角提出了完善南京环境立法的对策与建议。

The law is an important guarantee of ecological civilization construction. Legislation is the most effective way for environmental protection. This article analyzes the status quo and problems of environmental protection legis？lation in Nanjing. And then,countermeasures are proposed,so as to provide a probable way for how to improve the environmental legislation in Nanjing.
