摘要
随着互联网的不断发展,网络作为人们传递信息、分享知识的重要平台,与报纸、电视、广播一起构成舆情重要载体。随着互联网网络技术的快速发展,中国的社会舆论进入"大众麦克风"时代,尤其进入到"人人都是自媒体,人人都有麦克风"的微博时代后,信息传递得更迅速和便捷。互联网越来越成为思想文化信息的集散地和社会舆论的放大器。网民通过网络表达利益诉求、曝光社会丑恶行为、监督公共权力行使的活动愈发普遍。这些变化,为地方政府应对和加强网络舆情管理工作带来了一定的挑战。本文以鄂尔多斯市为例,对鄂尔多斯市政府的网络舆情工作做出简要的介绍,并对其政府如何应对新媒体时代背景下的网络舆情进行浅析。
Internet is generally acknowledged as"the Forth Medium".The intergretation of the Internet with the newspaper,broadcast and television ushers in an Internet-centric new media time,in which the Internet is more and more utilized by netizens to express their interest appealing,to expose murky behaviors of the society,and to supervise the exercise of public authority.Correspondingly,the Internet becomes an important carrier of public sentiment.The increasing importance of public sentiment brings great challenges for the government to cope and to reinforce mangement of the Network public opinion.This paper,by taking Ordos as an example,gives a brief introduction to the management of the Network public opinion of the Ordos' government,ands makes an analysis of the government's coping strategies towards Network public opinion in a new media time.
