摘要
介绍矿用14.00R25E-4工程机械子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 418mm,断面宽375mm,行驶面宽度320mm,行驶面弧度高15 mm,胎圈着合直径632 mm,胎圈着合宽度254 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.9,采用加深牵引块状花纹,花纹深度36mm,花纹饱和度57.8%,花纹周节数36。施工设计:采用双复合挤出胎面,1#,2#和3#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线,钢丝圈采用Φ1.65mm胎圈钢丝,采用一次法成型机成型、硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、物理性能和耐久性能均达到设计和相应国家标准要求。
The design of 14.00R25 E-4off-the-road radial tire for mining was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 418 mm,cross-sectional width 375 mm,width of running surface 320 mm,arc height of running surface 15 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 632 mm,bead width at rim seat 254 mm,maximum width position of crosssection(H1/H2) 0.9,deepened traction pattern,pattern depth 36 mm,block/total ratio 57.8%,and total number of pitches 36.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:coextruded tread,3×0.20+6×0.35 HT steel cord for 1#,2#and 3#belt ply,3×7×0.20 HE steel cord for4#belt ply,3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord for carcass ply,Φ1.65 mm bead wire for bead,using one stage builder to build tires,and using press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the peripheral dimension,physical properties and endurance performance met the requirements of corresponding design and national standard.
