文章详细介绍了一种茎秆作物收割机的收割台,并阐述了该割台的结构原理与工作原理:采用多圆盘割刀斜向布置结构,设置相同斜向布置的上下两层带有拨指的链条作为抓取和横向输送装置,并将横向和纵向输送链对接为整根链条;该收割台方案对茎粗、秆高、难切割的芦苇、黄麻等作物能够进行平稳高速切割,对茎秆具有可靠的抓取和输送能力,可以避免茎秆前倾,减少卡堵现象,有利于茎秆的侧向或后铺放。
This paper introduces the design of the platform of a straw crop harvester, and describes the structure and working principle of the cutting platform: the disc cutter oblique arrangement of structure, the same chain arranged obliquely arranged on two floors with a finger as gripping and horizontal conveying device, and the horizontal and vertical conveying chain docking for the whole chain; the platform scheme of stem diameter, stem height, the hard cutting reeds, jute and other crops can be stable and high-speed cutting, with reliable capture and transmission capacity of stem, stem anteversion can be avoided,reducing the blocking phenomenon, is conducive to the stem of the lateral or after placement.
