摘要
输电铁塔属于重要的电力设施,因而对放样准确性有较高要求。现阶段,三维放样已经在输电铁塔试组装中得以广泛应用,并取得了良好的应用效果,能够直观显示结构的平面距离,但在显示结构空间距离方面稍有不足。文章基于输电铁塔试组装中三维放样准确性进行研究,首先介绍了三维放样的特点和优势,然后,重点讨论了输电铁塔试组装中三维放样准确性的控制措施,主要包括大尺寸的控制、变坡位置的检查、横担主材开合角的检查、空间碰撞的检查以及零部件的检查等,最后,展望了国内三维放样的未来发展。
Electricity transmission tower belonging to important facilities, and thus has a high lofting accuracy requirements.At this stage, three-dimensional loft has been assembled in the transmission tower test is widely used, and achieved good effect, which can visualize the structure of horizontal distance,but in terms of structural spatial distance slightly less.In this paper,based on the transmission tower in the accuracy of the test assembly of three-dimensional lofting,first introduced the three-dimensional lofting characteristics and advantages, and then focused on the transmission tower in the accuracy of the test assembly of three-dimensional lofting control measures, including control of large size, variable slope check the position of the cross arm opening and closing angle of the main timber inspections of space collision checking and components, and finally looked to the future development of the domestic three-dimensional loft.
