摘要
介绍了Q-1100工艺技术的发展历程和Q-900节能型水溶液全循环法尿素生产工艺的技术支撑,阐述了现有水溶液全循环法尿素装置降低氨耗的技术,分析了具有中国特色的节能型水溶液全循环法尿素工艺与Stamicarbon公司工艺的本质区别。Q-900工艺的吨尿素汽耗已达900 kg,与国外CO2汽提法尿素装置的汽耗相当。
An introduction is given of the development history of Q-1100 process technology and the technical support of Q-900 energy-saving aqueous solution total recycle process for urea production, the technology for decrease ammonia consumption with current aqueous solution total recycle process unit for urea production is described, the essential differences between energy-saving aqueous solution total recycle process for urea production with Chinese characteristics and Stamicarbon process are analyzed. The consumption of steam per ton of urea has reached 900 kg, which is comparable to the steam consumption of foreign C02 stripping process urea plant.
