摘要
为了进一步优化操作,分析了煤浆粒径变化对多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化装置稳定运行的影响。通过比较煤浆粒径变化前、后的系统运行数据,证实在合理范围内减小煤浆粒径有利于降低原料消耗、增加装置产出。
In order to further optimize operation, the effect of particle size operation of multi-nozzle oppositely placed coal-water slurry gasifer is analyzed change on stable By comparison of system operation data before and after the change of coal slurry particle size, it is confirmed that within a rational range, reducing coal slurry particle size is in favor of decreasing raw material consumption, and increasing output of the gasifier.
