摘要
介绍了日投煤量2 500 t多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化装置的运行概况,以及设计中对磨煤机和黑水循环泵的配备、塔板的选择、闪蒸余热的利用、后备氧系统的优化情况。针对试运行期间暴露出的问题,改造了磨煤水进水路线、加大了闪蒸系统缓冲空间,并提出了尚需解决的问题。
A description is given of the operation conditions of multi-nozzle oppositely placed coal- water slurry gasifier with coal throughput of 2 500 ton per day, and the providing of coal mill and circulating pump for black water, the selection of trays, the utilization of flashing waste heat in the design and the optimization of oxygen backup system. In connection with problems arisen in trial run, the feeding water pipeline for coal mill is revamped, cushion space of flash system is increased, and problems to be solved are raised.
