摘要
针对硝酸装置循环水系统在实际运行中存在的问题,提出对循环水场风机电机采用变频器以及冷却系统采用喷雾冷却塔代替填料冷却塔并加装挡风隔板的改造方案。改造方案实施后,取得了节能降耗、平稳生产的效果,获得显著的经济效益,并为北方化工企业循环水系统的设计及改造提供有益的参考。
In connection with problems in actual operation of circulating water system for nitric acid unit, a revamping scheme is proposed, viz., using frequency changer for circulation water blower motor, replacing packed cooling tower with spray cooling tower in cooling system and adding windshield partition. After implementation of the revamping scheme, energy saving and stable production effects are obtained, achieving remarkable economic benefits, and providing beneficial references for design and renovation of circulating water system for chemical enterprises in northern area.
