中压甲铵冷凝器结垢原因分析及改造

摘要 分析了中压甲铵冷凝器结垢的原因,介绍了将中压甲铵冷凝器由四管程改为双管程的改造过程。改造后,结垢现象基本消除;系统稳定,操作弹性大,节约了检修费用;吨尿素氨耗降低5~6kg,日增产尿素35t,经济效益显著。 The cause for fouling of medium pressure carbamate condenser is analyzed, the transformation process of medium pressure cabamate condenser from four-tube passes to double-tube passes is introduced. After transformation, fouling phenomenon is basically eliminated; system operation is stable, its turn-down ratio is high, cost of overhaul is reduced ; the ammonia consumption per ton of urea reduces by 5 -6 kg, the output of urea increases by 35 t per day, giving very satisfactory economic benefits.
