摘要
简要介绍了锅炉烟气氨法脱硫的工艺流程及工艺参数。针对烟气氨法脱硫装置运行中存在的脱硫塔出口压力数据不正常、脱硫塔出口烟气温度低于设计值、理论计算氨耗与硫酸铵产量略有出入等问题,提出了相应的整改措施。氨法脱硫装置投运后,环保效果显著,不产生二次污染,无新增污染源;利用废氨水将烟气中的SO2回收并资源化,减排效果良好,经济效益显著。
