Exploration on SRTP to Improve Personnel Training Quality

大学生科研训练计划(SRTP)目前已成为国内外普遍认可的一种培养高素质创新型人才的有效途径。文章基于东南大学交通学院开展多年的SRTP项目的实践经验及相关数据分析,陈述了从项目动员、申报、中间管理到成果提炼的过程,阐明了SRTP对提高学生培养质量的作用和效果,并针对实施过程中存在的一些问题,提出进一步完善的建议。

SRTP has become an effective way to cultivate high-quality innovative talents, which is widely accepted at home and abroad. On the basis of practical experience in School of Transportation, Southeast University carrying out SRTP and the analysis of relevant data, the process of program promotion, application, middle management and result extraction is stated. The functions and impacts of SRTP on improving personnel training quality are illuminated and some further suggestions are put forward for the problems existing in implementation process.
