摘要 以超越离合器保持架为研究对象,针对其交变载荷作用下易发生疲劳断裂的现状,首先利用有限元分析手段获得其模拟载荷谱,然后建立残余应力修正载荷谱的数学模型并在此基础上完成模拟载荷谱的修正,最后将修正后的分析载荷谱及材料的疲劳性能参数导入多因素修正后的名义应力法疲劳寿命计算软件中,对保持架的疲劳寿命进行求解,并通过台架试验加以验证。通过对比数值分析与试验可以发现结果基本吻合,基于多因素复合修正的疲劳寿命分析方法不仅增加了分析数据的可靠性,而且为零件疲劳寿命预估提供了新的技术路径。 This paper based on the cage of overrunning clutch as the research object and the status that fatigue fracture would appear under the cyclic load. Firstly,the finite element analysis technology is used for its simulation load spectrum,then the mathematical model between residual stress and load spectrum is established,which can be used for correcting the simulated load spectrum. Finally,the load spectrum and the fatigue performance parameters of material are inputted in the fatigue life calculation software which is based on the nominal stress method of modified multi-factors,and which verified by fatigue test bench. It can be found that the result between numerical analysis and experimental can be matched by comparing them. The fatigue analysis method based on comprehansively modified multiple factors not only increases the reliability of analysis data,but also provides a new technological path for predicting the component fatigue life.
