Structural Collapse Investigation of The Large-scale Composite Wind Turbine Blade in Static Test

摘要 根据工程实例,分析了某兆瓦级复合材料风机叶片破坏试验,并结合仿真分析,建立了叶片有限元模型,计算了叶片的刚度、强度及稳定性,与试验数据进行了对比,计算结果与试验测试数据一致。通过对比分析试验数据与计算结果,得出了结构局部屈曲是导致叶片进一步破坏的结论。 With reference to the engineering case,the failure mechanism for a megawatt composite wind turbine blade was analyzed in static test,and the blade finite element model is established,the blade stiffness,strength and stability are calculated combining with the simulation analysis. By comparison,the calculation results are consistent with the test data,and the local buckling is the cause of further collapse of the blade structure.
