摘要 以异步电动机电压平衡方程及常用的低频电压补偿理念为基础,分析了负载电流相位对低频补偿电压规律的影响,以期改善采用恒压频比控制的通用变频器异步电动机变频调速系统低频带载性能。结论表明常见的只考虑电阻压降的补偿方案既简单又可满足一定的补偿精度的要求,但对定子电流相位影响的分析过程和结论可以为相关的研究人员提供一定的借鉴价值。 On voltage balance equation of asynchronous motor and the commonly used low-frequency voltage compensation theory, the load current phase influence on low-frequency voltage compensation rules was analyzed. That may improve the load-carrying performance at low-frequency of general inverter induction motor variable frequency speed control system with constant ratio of pressure and frequency. The conclusion shows that the common compensation scheme only considering the resistance voltage drop is simple and can satisfy certain requirements of thecompensation precision, but the analysis process and conclusions of the stator current phase effect can provide certain reference value for the relevant researchers.
