摘要
旨在研究永磁型涡流耦合器运行过程中导体层内产生的涡流及其磁场的特征。采用数值法求解在不同转差下铜层中的涡流,描绘出涡流分布二维图,分析其特征;求解气隙中涡流磁场分布,分析转差对涡流磁场的影响。通过永磁场和涡流场的分布很好地解释了盘式涡流耦合器轴向磁力的特点。
The purpose of this paper is to study the characteristics of eddy-current and its magnetic field in the conductor layer during the operation process of PM eddy-current couplers. The eddy-current in the copper layer was solved by numerical method under different slip speed. The eddy-current distribution was described with two-dimensional map, and the characteristics of eddy-current was analyzed. The eddy-current magnetic field distribution in air-gap was solved, and the effect of slip speed on the eddy current magnetic field was analyzed. The characteristics of the axial magnetic force of disc eddy-current coupler was well explained with the distribution of permanent magnetic field and eddy-current field.
