综合性医学期刊同行专家审稿规范化的初步设想

Primary thinking on standardization for peer reviewing in general medical journals

为了进一步提高同行专家对稿件的评价质量,分析综合性医学期刊同行专家审稿的规范化情况及存在的问题,从期刊可控角度系统提出规范同行专家审稿的切实可行的建议:制订明确的审稿规范,系统引导专家审稿,规范审稿质量评价,完善专家审稿库——从而进一步提高综合性医学期刊的审稿质量和学术质量。

To further enhance the quality of peer reviewing for manuscripts, we analyzed the situation and problems of standardization for peer reviewing in general medical journals, and also proposed some practical advices for peer reviewing from the perspective of journal-controlled base. We need to develop explicit specification for reviewers, design the editing system to guide reviewers, standardize the quality assessment of reviewing, and improve expert database, so as to further improving the overall quality of medical journals and academic quality.
