摘要
具有针对性的高质量约稿是综合类医学期刊学术质量的重要保证。面对优秀学术资源竞争的不断加剧,《医学研究生学报》为进一步打造学术影响力、彰显办刊宗旨,重点打造《导师论坛》栏目,通过挖掘专家资源、完善稿件质控、灵活安排发表、发挥编辑作用等实质性举措吸引了一批高质量论文,并借助约稿后续的系统工作将效能最大化发挥。
Inviting high-quality manuscripts is a guarantee for the academic quality of medical periodicals. With the growing competition for academic resources, the column of ＂ Graduate Tutors＇ Forum＂ was established by the editorial board of Journal of Medical Postgraduates （JMP）, which is aimed at improving the academic influence and highlighting the purpose of the periodical by exploring the resources of specialists, improving the quality control for refereeing, planning the publication flexibly and exerting the initiatives of editors. Follow-up activities were carried out to maximize the effectiveness of manuscript invitation as well.
