海上高架平台抗风性能及锚链力工程计算方法

摘要 为了研究海上高架平台在风荷载作用下的受力特性,利用《港口工程荷载规范》和风荷载通用计算公式,对比分析了某海上高架平台在风荷载作用下的阻力、升力和力矩,以及平台不发生倾覆时所需的锚链力。结果表明,平台所受风阻力、力矩均随风速的增大而非线性增大;风速较低时,2种方法的结果十分吻合,风速较高时,需将规范和风荷载通用公式中的升力计算公式相结合才能使计算结果偏于安全;同时,平台不发生倾覆所需的最小锚链力随投锚距离的增大先急剧减小后缓慢增加。 To study the mechanical characteristics of a marine elevated platform under wind loads, the "Code for Loads of Port Engineering" (JTS 144-1-2010) and the general calculation formula were em- ployed to calculate the wind loads, including drag force, lift force, torque and mooring threshold force for the platform not to be overturned, respectively. The results show that drag force and torque increase non- linearly with wind speed increase. The results of the two methods are coincident with each other when the wind speed is low.And the "Code for Loads of Port Engineering" (JTS 144-1-2010) should be combined with the general calculation formula to evaluate the wind loads acting on the platform when the wind speed is high. The results of this method is more secure. Meanwhile, mooring threshold force, provided by the platform to prevent the overturn of itself, decreases sharply before slowly increasing with the increase of anchoring distance.
