摘要
为探究红稗优质高产的合理施肥技术,通过盆栽试验进行了红稗干物质积累及生长发育规律的研究。试验结果表明:红稗全生育期136天,叶片数为25-28叶;红稗全株光合产物的累积量动态表现出慢-快-慢的特征,拔节期以前干物质积累少,进入拔节期后,呈现缓慢增长趋势,干物质日积累量为0.37 g/株;在拔节到抽穗扬花期干物质积累进入快速生长,达到整个生长发育的高峰期,孕穗期干物质日积累量达1.14 g/株;成熟期后生长速度减慢,干物质日积累量为0.55 g/株。通过试验可知,红稗在孕穗期处于旺盛生长时期,促进该时期营养体的积累有利于提高红稗产量。
To explore the reasonable technique of fertilization for superior yield and high quality in Bacca sedge,potted experiment was carried out to investigate its law of dry matter accumulation,as well as the character of growth and development of this species. The results showed that the whole growing period of B. sedge lasted for 136 d,and the total number of leaves ranged from 25 to 28. The photosynthetic product accumulation of the whole plants demonstrated a trend of slow-fast-slow,the accumulation of dry matter before the jointing stage was little whereas showed a slow trend of increase after the jointing stage,and the dry matter accumulation was 0. 3 g / strain per day. The dry matter accumulation of whole plant characterized in a rapid growth from the jointing stage to the flowering period,and reached the peak at booting stage,whose accumulation of dry matter was 1. 14 g / strain. During the mature stage,the growth rate slowed down,and dry matter accumulation was 0. 55 g / strain Therefore,B. sedge thrived in the booting stage,and improvement of vegetative mass in this stage was crucial for the elevation of production.
