摘要
为了提高混凝土的抗碳化性能,在混凝土中掺入偏高岭土并进行碳化实验.实验结果表明:随着偏高岭土掺量的增加,混凝土的抗碳化能力也相应的提高了,且当矿物掺合料总掺量为35%,其中偏高岭土掺量为15%时,混凝土抗碳化能力最大的提高率达到38.02%.实验结果可为提高混凝土抗碳化性能提供一种新的思路.
In order to improve the anti-carbonation property of concrete, the carbonization test is conducted by adding metakaolin to the concrete. The experimental results show that, with the increasing ratio of metakaolin comes to decreasing trend in carbonate depth; suitable amounts of metakaolin can improve the concrete anti-carbonization ability, when the total proportions of mineral admixtures dosage is 35%, which includes 15%metakaolin, concrete anti-carbonization ability reaches a maximum value of 38.02%, which prove the concrete anti-carbonization ability can be improved greatly. These results can give reference to the improvement of the anti-carbonation property of concrete.
