景德镇古民居发展规划探讨

On the Developing Plan for the Old Dwellings of Jingdezhen

当大家把注意力都集中在古窑址的保护上时,我们身边的古民居却在一点一点地消失。民居记录着过去的生活,和其他建筑一样,能反映一个城市当时的经济、文化、风俗等各方面的情况。本文从古民居存在的真实价值角度出发,对景德镇古民居在城市建设中的未来发展规划进行探讨,并提出古民居独特个性的保护策略,开发创新型旅游的发展模式。

As all the attention is focused on the protection of the ancient kiln sites, the ancient dwellings around us are disappearing bit by bit. The old dwellings recorded the past life and just like other buildings, it reflects various aspects of the situation at that time, such as the economy, culture, and customs and so on. From the perspective of the real value of the existence of such ancient dwellings, this article makes an exploration for the future development of Jingdezhen＇s ancient dwellings in the urban construction planning; and it also put forward a protection strategy for the unique characteristics of the ancient dwellings and suggests a new innovative developing model for tourism development there.
