摘要
汽车无钥匙进入及启动系统(PEPS)开始成为越来越多中高端汽车的标配,并且未来几年有很大的发展空间。目前主流的PEPS系统以PEPS ECU为主控制器,成本高、种类少、应用灵活度低,文中设计的无钥匙进入及启动系统以BCM为主控制器,性能稳定、安全等级高,能够较大程度降低整车厂商的生产成本,已成功应用于某平台的汽车。文中设计了无钥匙进入及启动系统的结构和控制策略,分析了各个组成部分的工作原理,最后对无钥匙进入及启动系统进行展望。
Passive entry and passive start system( PEPS) has become increasingly popular in the middle and high-end auto fields,and there is a big market in future. Current mainstream PEPS system is based on PEPS ECU as controller,their high cost,less variety and less customized flexibility constrains their popular in domestic market. This paper designed a new kind PEPS system based on BCM as main controller,their stable performance and high level of security,to a large extent reduces the costs of vehicle manufacturers,has been successfully applied to a platform cars. It presented the PEPS structure and control strategy,analyzed the theory of how the various components work. Final it shows the vision for the development of the PEPS technology.
