摘要
介绍了一种基于Halcon机器视觉的图像检测算法,结合光学照相仪器可以实现排钉的自动化检测。该算法首先分割图像得到感兴趣的区域ROI(Region of Interest)即排钉区域,再分析各部分的特征,进行特征提取,得到需要的区域和钉子整体排布的长宽,钉头角度,排钉的角度等参数,最终判断排钉是否合格。
Combined with optical photographic equipment,this paper proposes an image detection algorithm of automatic detection for row nails which based on Halcon. First it gets ROI by segmenting regions,then analyzes the characteristics of the row nails and extracts feature. Finally,it gets the length and width of overall arrangement,nail head angle,the angle of chain riveting. And it can detect unqualified fastening.
