On the Construction of Harmonious Community from the Viewpoint of Temporal and Spatial Order ——A Reflection of the Survey about the Social Structures of Huanggang Dong Village

建构和谐社区,从各民族的传统文化中汲取有益的文化要素,可以收到事半功倍的成效。通过对黄岗侗寨社会结构的调查,发现在时空规序的制约下,其社会结构层次分明。人们根据相应的社会身份在村社内承担相应的责任和义务,也分享相应的权利和优惠,以确保对资源的利用和管理获得制度上的保证,使整个村社很容易达成人与人之间的相互协调。

Nowadays harmonious community is being constructed,and absorbing beneficial cultural elements from traditional culture of various ethnic groups can receive twice the result with half the effort.According to the survey of the social structures of Huanggang Dong village,there are the following discoveries： with the constraint of temporal and spatial order,Huanggang Dong Village has its own distinctive social structures; it can bear corresponding responsibilities and obligations in the whole village according to its social identities as well as share its corresponding rights and benefits to ensure the institutional guarantee of resource utilization and management,and then reach the mutual coordination among people easily in the whole village.
