摘要 近年来,随着我国民族地区学前教育的发展,民族地区幼儿教师的专业发展受到高度重视,但呈现重视专业知识、技能培养,忽视专业伦理发展的趋向,这会影响幼儿教师专业发展的完整性和幼儿教育的质量。民族地区应通过完善幼儿教师专业伦理规范、加强幼儿教师专业伦理教育与培训、建立健全幼儿教师专业伦理的制度保障及创设有利于幼儿教师专业伦理形成的文化氛围将幼儿教师专业伦理培养融入民族地区幼儿教师专业发展中。 In recent years,with the development of preschool education in ethnic regions in China,professional development of kindergarten teachers in minority area attracts more attention,and it shows the importance of professional knowledge,skills training. But it ignores the trend of professional ethics development,which will affect the quality of preschool teachers' professional development after integration and early childhood education. Ethnic areas should complete the improvement of preschool teachers' professional ethics,strengthen the preschool teachers' professional ethics education and training system,establish a sound security preschool teachers' professional ethics and create the conducive to form the cultural atmosphere of preschool teachers' professional ethics to incorporate the cultivation of preschool teachers' professional ethics training into the professional development of preschool teachers in ethnic minority areas.
