贵州省农村义务教育学生营养改善计划政策实施的现状研究

On the Current Research on the Policy of Students' Nutrition Improvement Plan of Rural Compulsory Education in Guizhou Province

本文主要从国际、国家、地方三个层面,以学生受教育权为基准,对国际上保障学生营养需求的实施现状、我国农村义务教育学生营养改善计划实施情况和地方特色学生营养餐实施现状进行文献梳理,简要述评我国在农村义务教育学生营养改善计划的政策演变,以学生营养餐"贵州模式"为例,探析我省实施"学生营养餐"以来的现状、存在的问题和发展趋势及发展需求,并提出相关政策建议。

In terms of the international,national and local levels,this paper carries on the literature review of international implementation situation of guaranteeing students＇ nutritional requirements,China＇s nutrition improvement plan accepted by rural compulsory education students and local students＇ nutrient meal on the basis student right to education. Meanwhile,it also describes the policy evolution of China＇ s nutrition improvement plan accepted by rural compulsory education students. Taking the students＇ nutrient meal of ＂ Guizhou Model＂ as example,this paper also explores the current situation implementing students＇ nutrient meal in Guizhou province,the existing problems,developing trend and requirement,and makes some related policy suggestions.
