中日韩环境产品的贸易特点分析

在全球范围内低碳经济获得极大发展的背景下,环境产业作为未来经济增长的新动力而备受关注。环境产业在各国国民经济的比重不断提高,环境产品的国际贸易规模也在迅速扩大,在国际贸易领域中的地位开始逐渐提升,环境产品的贸易自由化问题也随之被许多国家提到议事日程上来。在中日韩三国的环境产品国际贸易中,三国互为主要的贸易伙伴,在交易的产品种类方面,呈现出竞争与互补共存的局面。尽管三国间的环境产品贸易还存在着不同程度的关税与非关税壁垒,环境产品的区域内贸易比重却呈现上升的势头。为了避免环境产品贸易在实现自由化之后给中国带来的负面冲击,中国需要采取积极参与环境与贸易相关谈判和相关规则的制定以及支持环境产业发展战略等应对措施。

In the trend of development of low - carbon economy, environmental industry is becoming a new growth momentum. Among the national economy all over the world, the proportion of environmental industry, with higher status, increases continuously, and trade liberalization of environmental products begins to raise concerns. In the international trading of environmental products, China, Japan and Korea （CJK） are the major trade partner to each other. The competition and complementary exist together in terms of trading products. Although there are different levels of tariff and non - tariff barriers to the environmental products trading among CJK, the proportion of intra - regional environmental product trade is still showing the tendency of rising. In order to avoid the negative impact of environmental product trade on China after the realization of tree trade, we need to take positive measures such as participation of the negotiations about the environment and trade and formulation of relevant rules and strategy to support the development of environmental industry and so on.
