摘要
镍钛形状记忆合金因其优良的力学和生物性能在生物医学方面得到广泛应用。国内外从事镍钛合金血管支架研究的研究者针对镍钛合金支架的径向支撑力、生物相容性和疲劳性能进行了大量的研究,经多年来研究证明该种支架各项性能均优于其他类型支架,是一种非常有前景的医疗器械。随着计算机模拟技术的发展,对镍钛合金血管支架的有限元分析和血流动力学模拟越来越多,既验证了支架设计的安全有效性,又对支架的设计起到了积极的辅助作用。
Nitinol shape memory alloy is used widely in biomedical science because of its excellent mechanical and biomedical properties.Domestic and foreign researchers made lots of studies about the radial support force,biocompatibility and fatigue performance of NiTi vascular stent.It is shown that NiTi stent is one of most promosing medical devices better than others.There are more and more finite analysis and hemmodynamics simulation on NiTi vascular stent with the development of computer simulation technology.These researches verify the safety and efficacy of stent design,and also play apositive role in support of it.
