胃癌患者血清及癌组织中MMP-3的表达及临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of matrix metalloproteinases-3 level in serum and tumor tissue in patients with gastric cancer

目的研究胃癌患者血清及癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)的表达特点,探讨检测血清MMP-3在临床上反映胃癌病程变化的意义。方法选取胃癌患者45例为观察组,同期健康体检者30例为对照组,比较手术前观察组与对照组血清MMP-3水平,分析观察组MMP-3在胃癌组织、癌旁组织中的表达情况,及其与临床病理因素的关系。结果胃癌组织MMP-3阳性染色率显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.01);观察组血清MMP-3水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01);血清MMP-3水平与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期密切相关(P<0.01)。结论胃癌患者MMP-3于癌组织及血清中均高表达,血清MMP-3在预测胃癌侵袭转移,评估胃癌恶性程度等可能具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the expression of matrix metalloproteinases-3（ MMP-3） in serum and tumor tissue and to investigate the significance of serum level of MMP-3 in reflecting course of gastric cancer. Methods Forty five patients with gastric cancer were designed as observation group and 30 healthy people were designed as control group. The serum level of MMP-3 before operation was compared between two groups. The expression of MMP-3 in tumor tissue and tumor-adjacent tissue and its relationship with clinic pathological factors were observed and analyzed. Results The rate of positive MMP-3staining in tumor tissue was significantly higher than that in tumor-adjacent tissue（ P 0.01）. The serum level of MMP-3 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 0. 01）. Serum level of MMP-3 was associated with depth of infiltration,lymphatic metastasis and clinical stage of cancer（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion The level of MMP-3 is highly expressed in serum and tumor tissue in patients with gastric cancer. Serum level of MMP-3 may be valuable in prediction of invasion and metastasis and assessment of malignant degree of gastric cancer.
