草酸钙肾结石患者肾脏组织中纤维黏连蛋白的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨纤维连接蛋白(FN)在草酸钙肾结石患者肾脏组织中的表达及意义。方法选取14例草酸钙肾结石患者作为病例组,另选取同期因其他非肾结石原因接受肾脏切除的12例患者作为对照组。采用免疫组化染色法(S-P法)对2组患者进行FN抗体染色。结果病例组中8例为中到强阳性表达,而对照组中只有2例为中到强阳性表达。2组FN表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FN在草酸钙肾结石患者肾脏组织中呈强阳性表达。 Objective To explore the expression and significance of fibronectin( FN) in kidney tissue of patients with calcium oxalate nephrolith. Methods A total of 14 patients with calcium oxalate nephrolith were enrolled into medical case group and another 12 patients in the same period underwent nephrectomy were selected as control group. FN antibody was stained in both groups by immunohistochemistry staining( S-P method). Results There were 8 patients with median to strong positive expression in the medical case group and 2 patients in the control group. There was significant difference of FN expression between the two groups( P 0. 05). Conclusion FN can express strongly and positively in patients with calcium oxalate nephrolith.
