摘要
目的探讨健康教育路径对哮喘患者自我管理能力和临床症状的影响。方法将80例哮喘患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用健康教育路径,比较2组患者的病情管理能力、症状控制、住院时间以及生活质量。结果观察组疾病认知、情绪管理、症状管理、用药依从性等症状管理能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组哮喘积分低于对照组,住院时间少于对照组,生活质量各方面评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育路径使健康教育更加程序化、规范化,有利于提高哮喘患者的病情管理能力和症状控制程度。
Objective To explore influence of health education path on self management ability and clinical symptoms in asthma patients. Methods Eighty asthma patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with health education path. Disease management ability,symptom control,hospitalization time and life quality were compared between two groups. Results Symptom management abilities such as cognition,emotional management,disease symptom management and medication compliance in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P 0. 05). Asthma score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the hospital stay was shorter than the control group,and scores of aspects of life quality were significantly higher than the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion Health education path is beneficial for formalization and standardization of health education,and it can help to improve management ability and symptom control in asthma patients.
