协同护理模式对慢性乙肝患者自我效能感及治疗依从性的影响

Effect of collaborative nursing model on self-efficacy and compliance in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B

目的探讨协同护理模式对慢性乙肝患者自我效能感及治疗依从性的影响。方法将慢性乙肝患者122例随机分成对照组和观察组各61例,对照组接受慢性乙肝的常规治疗,观察组在接受慢性乙肝常规治疗的同时采用协同护理模式贯彻到整个治疗过程中。结果观察组患者治疗依从性显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预治疗后,观察组患者ESCA量表的自护责任感、自我概念、自我护理技能、健康知识水平以及自我护理能力总分的分值高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预治疗后,观察组患者GSES量表各条目的平均分、GSES总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理质量满意度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论协同护理模式能够提高慢性乙肝患者的治疗依从性和自我护理能力,增强自我效能感,并且有助于患者满意度的提升。

Objective To investigate the effect of the collaborative nursing model on selfefficacy and compliance in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods A total of122 chronic hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with61 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment while the observation group accepted collaborative nursing model based on the control group. Results Treatment compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. After the intervention,self-nursing responsibility,self-concept,self-nursing skills,health and self-nursing knowledge score in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P 0. 01）. After the intervention,mean scores of each item in GSES scale and total score of GSES scale in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion Collaborative nursing model could improve compliance,self-nursing,self-efficacy and satisfaction in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
