持续质量改进在慢性鼻窦炎患者术后健康教育中的应用

Application of continuous quality improvement in postoperative health education of patients with chronic sinusitis

目的探讨持续质量改进在慢性鼻窦炎患者术后健康教育中的应用。方法将162例慢性鼻窦炎手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各81例,对照组给予常规护理和健康教育,观察组在此基础上给予持续质量改进措施。结果观察组患者住院满意度、健康教育知识知晓率、治疗依从性及疗效均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进有助于提高慢性鼻窦炎患者术后住院满意度、健康知识知晓率、治疗依从性和疗效。

Objective To explore the application of continuous quality improvement（ CQI）in postoperative health education of patients with chronic sinusitis. Methods A total of 162 postoperative patients with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 81 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and health education while the observation group received CQI based on the control group. Results The satisfaction rate of hospitalization,awareness rate of health education knowledge,compliance and efficacy in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The implementation of CQI could improve the satisfaction rate of hospitalization,awareness rate of health education knowledge,compliance and efficacy of patients with chronic sinusitis.
