全程护理对鼻内镜手术患者术后康复及满意度的影响

Influence of whole course nursing on rehabilitation and satisfactory degree in patients with nasal endoscopic surgery

目的研究全程护理对鼻内镜手术患者术后康复和护理满意度的作用。方法将采用鼻内镜治疗的100例鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组为加快患者的康复采用全程护理,比较2组的自护能力、术后恢复以及护理满意度。结果观察组在健康知识水平、自我概念、自我责任感等自护能力方面的评分高于对照组,鼻炎评分低于对照组,术后并发症少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在健康教育、心理护理、护理结果等方面的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程护理能有效提高鼻内镜手术患者围术期的护理质量,促进患者术后康复,改善患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the influence of whole course nursing on rehabilitation and satisfactory degree in patients with nasal endoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 100 rhinitis and nasal polyps patients with nasal endoscopic surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional nursing,while the observation group was treated with whole course nursing. Self-care ability,postoperative recovery and satisfactory degree toward nursing were compared between two groups. Results Scores of health knowledge,self concept,self responsibility in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the rhinitis score was lower than the control group,and the postoperative complications were less than the control group（ P 0. 05）. In aspects of health education,psychological nursing and nursing outcome,the satisfactory degrees toward nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Whole course nursing can effectively improve the quality of nursing in peri operation period of patients with nasal endoscopic surgery,promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve satisfactory degree toward nursing.
