无缝隙服务在剖宫产围术期护理中的应用研究

Application research on seamless service in perioperative nursing of cesarean section patients

目的探讨无缝隙服务对剖宫产围术期尿路感染、刀口感染、产后抑郁症发生率以及母乳喂养率的影响。方法选取在本院产科分娩的患者142例,按照患者入院时间分为实验组和对照组各71例。实验组剖宫产围术期采取无缝隙服务,对照组采用传统方法进行围术期护理。结果 2组剖宫产产妇的尿路感染、刀口感染、产后抑郁症发生率、母乳喂养率、护理服务满意率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论无缝隙服务可降低产妇尿路感染、刀口感染、产后抑郁症发生率,提升母乳喂养率、护理服务满意率。

Objective To study the influence of seamless service on urinary tract,incision infections and the incidence of breast feeding. Methods According patients＇ admission time,a total of 142 patients were divided into experimental group and control group,with 71 cases in each group.The experimental group applied seamless service while the control group was given routine perioperative nursing. Results The differences in urinary tract infection,incision infection,and incidence of postpartum depression,breast feeding rate and patients＇ satisfaction rate in two groups were statistically significant. Conclusion The application of seamless service can reduce urinary tract,incision infection and incidence of postpartum depression. Meanwhile,it could promote patients＇ satisfaction and breast feeding rate.
