家庭支持干预对食管癌患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

The effect of family support intervention on treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer

目的探讨家庭支持干预对食管癌患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选取在本院治疗的食管癌患者80例分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用改良Ivor-Lewis手术和常规护理,观察组在此基础上接受6个月的家庭支持干预,观察2组干预后患者的治疗依从性和生活质量情况。结果观察组患者干预后治疗依从率和生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭支持干预可提高患者的治疗依从性,促进患者康复,并提高生活质量。

Objective To explore effect of family support intervention on treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 80 patients with esophageal cancer in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given conventional nursing and modified Ivor-Lewis surgery while the observation group was given six-month family support intervention on the basis of the control group,and treatment compliance and quality of life in both groups after intervention were observed. Results The treatment compliance rate and quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Family support intervention can effectively improve patient＇s treatment compliance,promote recovery and improve quality of life.
