农户技术决策行为研究综述

A Theoretical Review of the Studies on Farmers' Technical Decision Behaviors

农户对农业技术的采用受多种行为及心理因素的影响。自20世纪70年代开始,学术界从政治、经济、心理、行为等多个维度出发,分别提出了小农理论、风险决策理论、技术决策行为理论、低碳技术应用与推广等多种分析范式。文章回顾分析了国内外相关文献,全面阐释了农户在农业技术采用中的经济特性、决策偏好及抉择模式,并提出对低碳农业技术的认知普及、应用与推广是学术界应深入探究的领域,将为农户技术决策行为的研究提供了理论依据。

Farmers＇ adoption of agricultural technology is affected by a variety of behavioral and psychological factors. Since the beginning of 1970 s,from political,economic,psychological and behavioral dimensions,the academic circle has proposed various analysis paradigms,such as smallholder farmers theory,risk decision theory,technical decision- making behavior theory,application and promotion of agricultural alternative technologies. This paper has review ed the relevant literature,thus made a comprehensive explanation on economic characteristics,decision-making preferences and choice modes adopted by farmers in agricultural technology,and proposed that the popularization,application and promotion of environmental-friendly agricultural technology w ould be the deep exploring fields for the academia. The study results w ill provide scientific theoretical basis for studies on farmers＇ technical decision-making behaviors.
