摘要
结合网络发展规划工作面临环境变化、技术更新、市场发展以及战略转型思维调整等诸多挑战,分析了移动公司三个转型的需求,给出了实现三次转型的策略。为有效支撑未来流量经营的发展策略,提出了网络建设方案。
Combined with the challenges in terms of changes in the environment, technology updates,market development and strategic thinking transition adjustment which network development planning were faced with, the demands for mobile company three transition were analyzed, and the realization of three transition strategies was given. The network-building programs were proposed to effectively support the development strategy of future traffic operations.
