Objective To investigate the influence of different antihypertensive drugs on metabolic indexes of gout patients with hypertension. Methods 98 cases of gout patients with hypertension were divided into untreated group(n = 11), diuretic group(n = 16), CCB group(n = 22), β-blocker group(n = 20), ARB group(n = 15) and ACEI group(n = 14). The metabolic indexes of the groups after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the FEUA of ARB group was significantly increased(P〈0.05), and the SUA, BUN, TG and Cr were significantly decreased(P〈0.05); The SUA, BUN,TG of CCB group and ACEI group were significantly decreased(P〈0.05); the SUA of diuretics and β-blocker group were significantly increased(P〈0.05). Conclusion Different antihypertensive drugs for gout patients with hypertension have varying degrees influence on metabolic index:ARB drugs can reduce the SUA and improve FEUA.
