摘要
目的评价β受体阻滞剂在慢性收缩性心力衰竭中的治疗效果。方法选取2011年~2012年收治的120例慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者,分成观察组和对照组,每组60例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在进行常规治疗的基础上给予β受体阻滞剂治疗,在治疗前、治疗后对患者的心率、射血分数等进行比较。结果观察组患者治疗后,左室舒张末期容积、左室收缩末期容积均明显降低,并明显低于对照组患者,组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论严格掌握使用β受体阻滞剂指征,合理使用该类药物对老年收缩性心力衰竭具有较良好的效果。
Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of β-blocker therapy in patients with chronic systolic heart failure. Methods 120 cases of patients with chronic systolic heart failure treated in our hospital from 2011 to 2012 were selected and divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases of each. Then control group patients received conventional treatment, and the observed patients during the conventional treatment were given β-blocker therapy. After treatment, the patient＇s heart rate, ejection fraction were compared. Results The observation group patients, left ventricular end-diastolic volume and left ventricular end-systolic volume were significantly reduced, and significantly lower than the patients in the control group, Comparing the differences between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strict control β-blockers usage can improve elderly systolic heart failure with relatively good results, which is worthy of clinical application.
