摘要
设计管理作为市场经济发展到一定阶段的产物,是现代企业管理中的重要组成部分。现代经济的不断发展要求企业在管理的程度上更加精准、管理程序上更加先进,也就要求了在中国印钞行业进程的规划中需要不断借鉴吸收成功企业的经验教训,并在自身的基础上充分利用现有优势和特色才能形成更加有效的设计管理体系,并把设计植根于整个行业的中心地位。本文从对于设计管理的理解与认识出发,分析世界三大安全印务公司的发展历程得出设计管理在成功企业的规划和发展中所起到的作用。最后将结合中国印钞行业的自身特色提出适合于本土化的设计管理设想。
With the development of market economy, the design management is becoming an important part in modern enterprise management. The constant development of modern economy requires the enterprises to be more accurate in management extent and more advanced in management procedure. So the experience of successful enterprises should be learned and absorbed during the program of banknote printing process, and the current advantages and characteristics should be made full use of. Only by this can the design management system be more effective, in order to make the design root in center of the entire industry.Based on the comprehension and cognition of the design management, this paper analyzes the development history of the three printing company in the world to find the role design management plays in the program and development of successful enterprises, and finally puts forward the idea of local design management based on the characteristics of Chinese banknote printing industry.
